I love this place!

Amazing staff and amazing service! I have of anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr. Tran and Xochi were amazing. Their welcoming & calm energy made me feel so much more comfortable. Receptionist Jucel even sent me home with a delicious coffee! Highly recommend this dental office!

Always a great experience. Honest and affordable. Very caring. Great dentists and staff. Only dentist I trust and only one where I never felt pain. They made me stop avoiding going to see a dentist.

Super friendly place, due to previous dental history I dislike the dentist but they made me feel right at home, very careful around the mouth and lips, they check in to make sure you are doing fine while getting work done. Xochitl is amazing she is also fluent in Spanish which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend.

Recently moved to Lathrop so I needed a dentist around the area. I found 1st Lathrop [Dental] last year and brought my 2 year old and myself. They were really patient with us especially considering it was my 2 year old’s first time.
A year later, I came back due to pain on one of my teeth, and they were able to get me in an en emergency the next day. I really felt they understood my pain and did the BEST they could to make it go away. I ended up getting a bridge and let me tell you I couldn’t be more happier. Their customer service is 10/10 and I recommend them 100%. Thank you to all the staff and drs for making me feel so welcomed here.

I have been so pleased with the professionalism at First Lathrop Dental, from the staff and the Doctor.
From the moment I called to the time I walked in and the last person when I left. Amazing staff the cleaning was great the Doctor took the time to show me how to floss correctly nothing was rushed and I was out in a normal time.
Last year I went to [an]other place where they were so unbelievably unprofessional. They talked about other patients and made me feel I was bothering them, for just having an appointment. [I’m] never going back to Plume Dental in Lathrop.

I really like this dental office.
I like that they text you and you just send back a yes or no to confirm your appt. It’s easy, convenient, and less time-consuming.
The receptionists were very friendly. The dental assistant, Gabi, explained every step, was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Jackie at the front showed me what each of my dental plans covered in great detail and explained everything.
Love Dr. Tran, she is warm and caring. Further, I have been going to several different dentists trying to figure out why my left upper molar would hurt when I would bite into things.
Dr. Tran ... believed it was because my crown was protruding and that perhaps that molar was the first to touch when I ... bite into something, causing pain. She filed it down, and I’m hoping that this resolves this issue that I’ve had for years.
Dr. Tran took the time to educate me on my teeth and made suggestions and recommendations like buying an extra soft toothbrush. The only thing that was missing that I usually get is a full flossing, but doctor did review flossing with me.
I also like that the dentists have been there for years, and I like that the assistant who helped me has been there for 4 years. It’s a good sign. I did not feel rushed. I felt like she took her time to see me. I know other dental offices overbook their patients and then don’t hire enough staff.
Overall, I’m happy with my first time experience at this office.

I had a crown prep yesterday and their work & detail was excellent! The doctor went above my expectation and explained everything to my satisfaction. The DA, Gabi was so kind, caring & very detailed in her work making sure I was comfortable throughout the process! They treat you like family!

Praise my Lord I “finally” found a dentist that is gentle to my sensitive gums:) Dr.Tran is awesome and she is generally very concerned about my teeth and gums issues and gives great advice on what I need to do along with her procedures to help save my teeth. And I just love Jackie at the front desk:) she made me feel like family....so happy my husband recommended this place....I would give it More than 5 stars.

If you want amalgams (MERCURY FILLINGS) removed properly, Dr Tran is one of the very few in the area, including the bay area, who has the equipement and training to do it without toxifying your body with mercury.

They are the best. Wonderful and caring staff and very professional doctors. Highly recomended.

Let me start by saying that I have had a lifetime of bad dentists that have messed up my mouth. I had 1 last tooth that was filled with toxic mercury that needed to come out. It was making me sick, and has been infected numerous times. The last dentist I seen told me I needed an Oral Surgeon, and finding a Holistic one was like finding a needle in a haystack.

I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Tran. I told her of my dental anxiety and she put all of those fears to rest very quickly. She was able to remove the tooth flawlessly without exposing any of us to the mercury inside. I always have a difficult time being numbed and coming off the numbing with excruciating pain, with Dr. Tran I didn’t! I didn’t feel a thing, came off the numbing very easily, no discomfort and have had minimal pain.

Needless to say she is now our family dentist, and I thank God that I found her! I have some more work that needs to be done, and am no longer fearful. I cannot recommend her enough! Forever Grateful (Stacy)

I love this place! I’ve had fillings done by Dr. Nguyen twice and he was so gentle. I didn’t even feel him numbing me. He’s also seen my daughter whom is 8 years old and he was so patient with her. Not to mention the assistants are a blast to be around and always make sure I’m comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be recommending this office to friends.

My mom is very skeptical when it comes to procedures and insurance so the staff was very kind and helpful explaining both of these to her. Dr. Tran was very explanatory and patient with my mom which made her comfortable.

This office has the most friendliest and kind staff I have ever experienced at a dentist office. Everyone from the dentist to the assistants have always provided excellent customer service. Dr. Tran (the wife) is the one that I usually see and she is so gentle.

I came to see her at 8 mo pregnant with terrible pain from a broken filling and they were able to provide me a dental plan that really made me feel comfortable. I love the fact that they are holistically centered as well and were able to administer ozone treatments after the extraction which helped heal my gums quickly with less complications.

I have since referred several friends that have had a great experience as well. And little did I know that by referring a friend they took an amount off of my last fee.

Ana and Jacky that run the front desk are so funny and sweet! They always make me laugh and we have great convos! Gabi is also one of my fav dental assistants. She is so kind and relatable and very gentle with me as well.

Overall, they deserve the highest praise! I love this dental office and would not go anywhere else! Our whole family comes here, including my children under 5yrs old. They had a great experience as well!

Great dentist! Dr. Tran offers a fair price for the uninsured and she does quality work. The office is also comfortable and accommodating with my disability issues. I will never go elsewhere!

I highly recommend this dentist. I called a few times ahead to ask questions about my insurance. Both Annalisa and Lisa were very helpful and patient with me. The doctors there are very kind. One of the reasons we will be bringing our family back is because it is evident that the doctors care about us and have our best interest in mind. That to us is priceless. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I am very pleased. This morning had 2 cavities and they got done so quickly, a lot earlier than expected. Very happy with the work. I have had many of my fillings re-done here and they always did a great job, quick and efficient.

Got my crown done and I cannot thank you the doctor and staff enough for the extra effort they put into getting me the right color. They really do care about how you look and feel and this office really takes care of their patients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic dental services! Been going here for years and their equipment and techniques are top notch.

I’ve been coming here for two years along with my son. I like the Doctors and the staff, they are all great, but today I met Dr Ali and he is hilarious his humor helped me to relax. I Would recommend anyone to come here. They are reasonably priced (I don’t have dental insurance) compared to other local dentists.

Everyone is so nice and very welcoming at 1st lathrop Dental. They always do an amazing job and I have yet to have any issues with them. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Tran at First Lathrop dental is the best dentist I have been to (after many years worth of dentists!). She is gentle, and does not rip me off doing more work than is necessary. Her staff is awesome too!!

I was very ill two years ago.. My silver/mercury fillings were slowly poisoning me. Chrissy (office staff), talked to Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran normally volunteered in her child’s classroom on the only day I could to see her. Dr. Tran rearranged her schedule to get me in... I was an anxiety ladened mess. However, Dr. Tran was very kind, knowledgeable, and understanding of my current health situation. She is ethical and a great dentist. She provided safe mercury filling removal and I even brought my husband in to have his removed by her, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Tran!!! Thank you ladies, You are all AWESOME..

This is one of the best dental shops I have ever been to. Definitely worth the try if you are looking for a new dentist and everyone there is so nice and kind. Christine is one of the kindest, funniest assistant and will definitely ease the nervousness away!

The staff and Doctors here are some of the friendliest professionals in the industry. Our family had been going to your typical corporate dentistry and found them to be very uncooperative when they messed up on our bill. That is how we found 1st Lathrop Dental. You won’t be disappointed.

While I live in Tracy, I don’t hesitate to make the drive to come here for my cleanings or dental needs for the following reasons:

I have immune system and other health issues which Dr. Tran and her staff are very understanding and considerate of. This office is amalgam/mercury free, which is of huge importance to me. Dr. Tran and her team are absolutely amazing. She knows what she’s doing and is always up to date on the latest treatments and methods of dentistry. I believe she told me that they are also going to start offering Ozone therapy for those who want to use it in their treatments, which is awesome. (Look into it)

Every time I have come in, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable. This is also important to me because I never know how I’ll be feeling.

I would recommend this dental facility to everyone. For those of you who fear the dentist, give this place a try. You won’t want to go anywhere else after you do!
